  • Warehousing Services
  • Order Fulfillment Services
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cash Collection Services
  • Same-Day Payment Settlement
  • Business Logistics Solutions

Service availability may vary by location and operational requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment and contact information.
  • Properly package items for transportation.
  • Ensure that all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Pay all applicable service fees and charges.
  • Avoid sending prohibited or restricted items.

GSexpress reserves the right to refuse shipments that violate these requirements.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped through GSexpress:

  • Illegal goods or substances
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Explosives or hazardous materials
  • Counterfeit products
  • Stolen goods
  • Live animals
  • Perishable goods requiring special handling unless approved by GSexpress
  • Any item prohibited under Cambodian law

GSexpress reserves the right to inspect shipments when necessary.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

While GSexpress strives to deliver shipments within estimated timeframes, delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, government restrictions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD shipments:

  • GSexpress will collect payment from the recipient on behalf of the merchant.
  • Merchants are responsible for providing accurate COD amounts.
  • Settlement schedules are subject to operational verification and payment processing procedures.
  • GSexpress may withhold settlements when fraud, disputes, or suspicious activities are detected.

7. Payment Settlement

GSexpress aims to process merchant settlements promptly according to the applicable settlement policy. Settlement timing may vary due to banking processes, verification procedures, or operational requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

GSexpress shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, compensation may be limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount permitted under applicable service policies.

9. Claims and Disputes

Customers must report shipment issues, loss, damage, or payment disputes within the period specified by GSexpress operational policies.

Failure to report within the required period may result in the claim being denied.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used solely for service delivery, customer support, operational purposes, and legal compliance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, software, and materials are the property of GSexpress and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

GSexpress reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
